Arbutus, commonly known as strawberry tree, is a small to medium sized shrub native to the south-west of Ireland, specifically Co. Kerry.

It takes its common name from the fruit, which is similar to the look of a strawberry. Creamy white, lightly scented flowers are produced in late autumn, followed a year later by berries.

Attractive, soft brown bark, peeling in older specimens.

Sold at a height of 40cm in a container pot.

All our size descriptions are true to size, measurements are of plants excluding rootballs or pots.
