Our specifications are clear. Height is measured from the top of the rootball to the tip of the crown, with clear stem and girth given on standard trees. Every plant carries its full botanical name and a plant passport where required, and we never substitute without your written approval.

Designer accounts carry trade pricing on nursery stock. A 50% deposit holds stock for 14 days, and we can deliver direct to site.
