Conditions for Price Promise

2. Competitor’s Offer Verification
The lower price must be verified by The Plant Collector through a provided advertisement, a written quote, or a link to the competitor’s website. The competitor’s offer must be current and in effect at the time of the Price Promise request.
3. Eligibility Period:
The Price Promise is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Requests for a Price Promise will not be honoured after this period.
4. Exclusions:
The Price Promise does not apply to clearance, closeout, refurbished, open-box, or liquidated sales. It also does not apply to special promotions, bundle offers, or limited-time discounts.
